Invite users and assign roles

Make sure the right people get access to the correct municipality or school.

Last updated 23 March 2026

Access in Ressursflyt is controlled by memberships and roles, not by hardcoded job titles.

Before you invite someone

Confirm which municipality the user belongs to.
Decide whether the role should apply to the whole municipality or one specific school.
Check that you are using the correct permission package before sending the invitation.

Create, activate, and lock academic years without losing control of copying and history.

How Ressursflyt helps you build a better foundation for GSI and other reporting.
