When you visit the website

When you visit our public pages, we try to collect as little as possible. The website should work without unnecessary tracking, and we do not use marketing cookies to follow you around on other websites. If you send us a message through the contact page or by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, and the content of your inquiry. We use this only to respond to you, follow up on your case, and keep ordinary records of the inquiries we receive.

When you use the solution

When you log in to Ressursflyt, we process information that is necessary for you to enter the solution, stay signed in, access the correct municipality, school, or workspace, and use the features you are allowed to use. We also store some choices you make yourself so the solution remembers how you want to use it. This may include a light or dark theme, or settings that make the workspace easier to work with. The goal is to make the service work safely and predictably, not to monitor you for marketing purposes.

How we protect the information

We work to protect information through access control, secure sign-in, restricted access, and extra protection where the information is especially sensitive. We also use limited operational and error information to detect problems, fix errors, and keep the service stable. On the public pages, we do not use separate analytics tools for visitor tracking, and in the logged-in part we mainly use aggregated operational data rather than detailed tracking of individuals.
