This privacy policy explains how Ressursflyt processes information about visitors, contact persons, and users of the service. We have written it in clear language so it is easy to understand what happens to your information.

Who we are and who decides

Ressursflyt, org. no. xxx xxx xxx, based in Voss, is responsible for the information processed when you visit our website or contact us directly. When Ressursflyt is used by a municipality, school, or other organization, the customer usually decides what information is entered into the solution and what it is used for. In those cases, we provide and operate the service on the customer’s behalf. In practice, this means that questions about the content of your data should often first be directed to your municipality, school, or employer, while questions about how the solution works, security, and operations can usually be directed to us.

What information we process, and why

We only process information needed to deliver the service in a safe and orderly way. This may include contact details when you send us an inquiry, login and user information when you use the solution, and information that the customer chooses to register in Ressursflyt for planning, administration, and follow-up. We also process settings that make the solution easier to use, as well as limited operations and error information to keep the service secure and stable. If the AI assistant is used in the solution, conversations and necessary additional information may be stored so that the feature works, so you can view your chat history again, and so responses can be linked to the correct workspace and access level. We do not use such information for marketing.

Storage, sharing, and your rights

We do not share information further without a reason. Where necessary to deliver the service, we may use providers for hosting, sign-in, email, or error reporting, but only within the limits of what is needed for the service to function. We do not sell personal data. Information is not stored longer than necessary to provide the service, fulfill agreements, maintain security, and comply with legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it where possible. You can request access, correction, or deletion, and you can contact us if you want to know more about how your information is processed. If you use Ressursflyt through work or school, it may be quickest to start with your local system administrator. If you believe your privacy is not being properly protected, you can also contact the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
