What must be in place for the service to work

Without these, you will not be able to use the solution in a safe and stable way. If the customer has enabled features for switching between multiple saved accounts in the same browser, additional protected storage may also be used to remember which accounts you have chosen to keep available there.

Choices you make yourself

Some choices are stored because you ask us to remember them. For example, if you choose a light, dark, or automatic theme, this may be stored in your browser so you do not have to choose again each time. Several other user settings are stored in your profile inside the service rather than in the browser. This includes settings that make workspaces and tables easier to use over time. This is intended to give you a better day-to-day experience in the service, not to build profiles about you.

What we do not use

We do not use marketing cookies on our pages, and we do not run visitor tracking. We do not create our own visitor profiles, we do not follow you across other websites, and we do not use browser storage for advertising. In the signed-in area, we use limited operational measurements for security, troubleshooting, and stability, and this is done through aggregated numbers rather than detailed tracking of individuals.
