Ressursflyt is designed as a work tool for the municipal and education sectors. These terms of use explain in a simple way what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you as a user.

Who can use the service

Ressursflyt is intended for authorized users who have been granted access through an employer, municipality, school, or another organization using the solution. Your user account is personal, and you must use your own login. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for following the routines that apply where you work. The service is not designed as a private consumer service for children or leisure use.

How to use the service safely and responsibly

You may only register, read, edit, or share information that you are actually allowed to handle and need in order to do your job. You must not try to access information you are not supposed to see, bypass security measures, retrieve data at a larger scale than you need, or use the service in a way that could harm the solution or other users. We also expect you to be mindful of how you enter and store information, so that no more personal data is added than necessary.

Availability, changes, and responsibility

We do our best to keep Ressursflyt stable, secure, and available, but planned maintenance, errors, or temporary interruptions may still occur. We may update, improve, or change features when necessary for operation, security, or further development of the service. The customer and users are responsible for ensuring that the information entered is used in a lawful and responsible manner. In the event of misuse, a security incident, or when an agreement ends, access may be restricted or shut down.
