We want to run Ressursflyt in a responsible way. That means we are not only concerned with technology and operations, but also with how people are treated in our own organization and by the suppliers we depend on.

How we work with responsible operations

We want work carried out for Ressursflyt to take place under orderly conditions and with respect for fundamental human rights. This applies both in our own organization and in our cooperation with suppliers and partners. When we choose solutions and collaborations, we try to choose actors we trust and who take responsibility for working conditions, safety, and compliance with laws and regulations.

What we follow up with suppliers and partners

We assess important suppliers and collaborations based on how central they are to the service, what kind of work they do, and whether there may be a risk of poor working conditions or violations of fundamental rights. If we see conditions that give cause for concern, we follow them up further. This may mean questions, dialogue, new requirements, closer monitoring, or in some cases considering other solutions.

Anyone who wants to can contact us and ask how we work in this area. We respond to inquiries within the applicable deadlines and provide information to the extent required by law and it is appropriate to share. Our goal is to be open about how we work and to improve when needed.
