Understand public and internal pages

The difference between public information, the help center, and signed-in work areas.

Understand public and internal pages

Ressursflyt includes both public pages and signed-in work areas.

Public pages

  • The help center is available to everyone.
  • Contact and privacy pages can be opened without signing in.
  • These pages are for guidance, documentation, and general information.

Internal work areas

  • Planning for teachers, assistants, and SFO requires sign-in.
  • User, year, and GSI administration require specific permissions.
  • Changes are stored in the system and may be locked depending on the academic year and surface.

When should you use the help center?

Use the help center when you need quick answers about how the system works, what each page is for, or who is allowed to do what.
