Public pages

- Contact and privacy pages can be opened without signing in.
- These pages are for guidance, documentation, and general information.
Internal work areas
- Planning for teachers, assistants, and SFO requires sign-in.
- User, year, and GSI administration require specific permissions.
- Changes are stored in the system and may be locked depending on the academic year and surface.
