Work with teacher and assistant plans
The staffing areas in Ressursflyt are split by work surface so schools can plan teachers, assistants, and SFO separately.
Teacher surface
- Used for position size, leave, roles, and teaching capacity.
- Department allocation and percentage calculations happen directly in the teacher overview.
Assistant surface
- Used for school/SFO split, competence, and department allocation.
- Totals must stay aligned with the full position size.
Good practice
- Start with correct position percentages.
- Resolve discrepancies before moving on to department or resource planning.
- Use history and locks actively when several people work in the same academic year.
